We all get that story sorted out before we question.

When I get into the room, I will say, "Hello, my name is Robert Axson, constable of Icefia.  Is there anything I can get for you that would make you more comfortable?"

The "man" looks at you suspiciously before responding. "A large glass of water and a large bucket of water, fresh or salt are both fine."  His voice and manner of speech are both cultured and lack the awkwardness of the others to whom you spoke.

"Certainly, I will have that done.  For the record, can I have your name?"

"Prince?  I am sorry, I am not familiar with you.  Prince of what or where?"

Prince Uzzar, what business is it that you and your people are conducting here on the prime material plane?

Hold on, I think we were doing three private investigations.  One on one.  Gneetah and Quorl each had one of the Horarians.

"If no one has formally said so, welcome to the Kingdom of Icefia."  I leave to get the glass of water and return with it, but not yet with the bucket.

Vassili asks "Do we need someone of a higher pay grade, since we have a prince in captivity here.  And of an elemental plane. "

That question and my response, out of earshot of the prince.  "Let's question him first and then perhaps you are right."

"Can someone conjure up some dull noise so the prisoners can't hear us out hear?"

"Maybe we will need our own prince to talk to this one."

While I am outside getting his glass of water, if anyone has any questions for the prince (I relay what little I have learned so far), I take notes and when I return I bring paper and pen along with the water.

Quorl will go in with one of the Horarians.

In Horaian..."I don't suppose you would like to tell me who sent you?  Probably not much I can do for you at this point but I guess that depends on what you have to say."

He will then do an inventory of his tattoos and markings to see how they match up to the ones we learned while investigating the Onice's.

Bryvus casts a "ghost sound" to make some soothing ocean sounds for you.

Edit: figured out how to properly post the hyperlink.

He laughs and swears creatively at you in Horarian.  "You know well enough who I serve and that his punishments are far worse than yours."
