The first rule to taking an exalted feat is that the character must be good.  Good tendencies do not count.

The second rule is that the character must be intelligent, which means 3+.

The 3rd rule is that any character taking an exalted feat must swear a vow (not the vow feat necessarily).  This must be done in game and in story.  The vow must be sworn to a deity or powerful celestial entity.

The 4th rule is that the feats give supernatural, not extraordinary abilities.  This may have an effect for purposes of other spells (Anti Magic Field, Polymorph, etc).

The 5th rule is that a character taking an exalted feat gains an Aura of Good.  This sounds nice, but is generally going to be more of a hindrance.

Our first house rule is that a character that worships a non-Good (good tendencies do not count) deity, cannot take an exalted feat.

Is this a house rule or WOC rule? I'd adjudicate this on a case by case basis. For example I don't think Ajax or Solaris lose all their abilities in an antimagic field.

It is not a house rule, it is in the Exalted Deeds.

However, the Vow of Poverty lists each ability and whether it is supernatural or extraordinary in nature; so it is a special case.

Looking at the list, the following are listed under Vow of Poverty has supernatural in nature: AC Bonus, Exalted Strike, Deflection, Damage Reduction, and True Seeing.

The following are Extraordinary: Freedom of Movement, Regeneration, Greater Sustenance, Energy Resistance, Mind Shielding, Natural Armor, Ability Enhancement, Endure Elements, Sustenance, Resistance.

In reference to the tournament I don't think they should go away unless your whole body is in the field.  Is for whatever reason your partially in the field then they should all stay

I think that is true, although I can't think of an instance where you would be partially in the field.
